Your case studies, not everyone's
Every school teaches different case studies. Pick the ones your teacher uses: Nepal 2015 or Chile 2010 for tectonic hazards, Rio de Janeiro, Lagos or Mumbai for a city in a poorer country, or the Holderness or Dorset coast.
The app hides the case studies you don't study, in topic lists and in the mock test. On AQA and Edexcel B you can also choose your options, such as hot deserts or cold environments (AQA), your fieldwork (Edexcel B), or which UK landscapes you studied.
Not sure yet? Leave it on "Not sure – show all" and you see everything. Changing a choice never deletes your progress.

Questions about GCSE Geography
Which GCSE Geography courses does the app cover?
AQA GCSE Geography (8035), Edexcel GCSE (9–1) Geography B (1GB0) and OCR GCSE (9–1) Geography B (J384). You choose your board the first time you open the app, and you can change it later in Settings.
Can I choose the case studies my school teaches?
Yes. Pick the examples your teacher uses, such as Chile 2010, Nepal 2015 or Japan 2011 for tectonic hazards, or Rio de Janeiro, Lagos or Mumbai for a city in a poorer country. Case studies you don’t study are hidden from topic lists and the mock test. Leave a choice on “Not sure – show all” to see everything.
Is GCSE Geography free?
It is free to download, and part of every board’s course is free with its questions and the mock test on those questions: 120 questions on AQA and OCR B, and 150 on Edexcel B. Case-study subtopics are part of the full version.
How much does the full version cost?
In the UK the full version is £4.99 a month, £9.99 a quarter, £14.99 for 6 months or £19.99 a year, or a one-off £29.99 lifetime unlock. One purchase covers all three exam boards.
What kind of questions are in the app?
Multiple-choice, exam-style questions with a full explanation for each answer, including map, graph and fieldwork skills questions with their own maps and graphs. The app does not mark extended written answers, so keep practising those on paper too.
Which devices does it run on?
GCSE Geography is an iOS app for iPhone and iPad, available on the App Store.
